Rich’s Backyard Harissa Spice is a balance of warming chili and smoky paprika, with a hit of umami and acidity from added tomato powder.

This recipe combines the harissa with floral honey, bright lemon juice, and a touch of tomato paste to make a simple glaze. This deceptively simple salmon dish has a significant wow factor but comes together in minutes, making it equally easy to prepare for a weeknight meal or a special occasion.

Part 1:

Step 3

Pat the salmon dry, then season it generously with salt.

Step 4

Spoon harissa honey glaze over the salmon, and evenly spread the glaze over the fish.

Step 5

Roast the salmon for 10-13 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 125°F. (Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the salmon.)
