A creative twist on a classic cocktail, these Mojito-Infused Apples capture the essence of the traditional Cuban highball in a light, refreshing dessert. Fresh apple slices absorb the bright flavors of rum, mint, and lime for a sweet, spirited treat perfect for summer—or any time of year.

Mojito-Infused Apples transform a familiar cocktail into an inventive plated element or light dessert. The infusion process allows the apples to take on the bright citrus, herbal, and rum notes of the mojito, creating a delicately flavored, aromatic bite. Beautiful on their own or as an accent to a larger dish, they’re a spirited way to showcase creativity and balance in modern cuisine.
