Once ingredients are measured, everything is blended to give you a vibrant, tasty salad dressing that you can refrigerate and use on your favorite salad.

Part 1:
Carrot Ginger Dressing
Step 1

Wash, peel, and cut the carrots to ensure they fit in the blender.


Step 2

Wash and peel the ginger. Reserve.


Step 3

Add all ingredients to a Vitamix blender. Start the blender on low until everything begins to blend.


Step 4

Blend the dressing until silky smooth.
